TecTip #114: On Google Maps, which you can download on iOS or Android Devices, you can save your map by zooming out to the whole area that you want to see and typing in “okay maps” into the top search bar. Your on screen map will then be accessible when you’re offline.

TecTip #113: You can quickly see and change what window you’re seeing by pressing ‘Alt’ and ‘Tab’ simultaneously. Just keep pressing tab to see the next window open and let go of both buttons to stay on the selected window.
