Zooming With Your Mouse

TecTip #73: To zoom in and out on a web page, word document, excel spreadsheet, etc. hold down the Ctrl key while scrolling your mouse wheel up (to zoom in) and down (to zoom out).

TecTip #72: When browsing the Internet, press the space bar to move the page down one page at a time. To move back up the page(s), press Shift and the Space bar at the same time.

Close Out Of Apps Completely

TecTip #71: To close out a running app on your iPhone, double click the home button to reveal a tray of running apps at the bottom of the screen. Hold down on an app until it begins to 'shake,' then press the small "X" to close out of the app completely.

Working Quickly While In Excel

TecTip #70: While in Microsoft Excel, press Ctrl+PgUp and Ctrl+PgDown to quickly move from one worksheet to another using the keyboard. You use Ctrl+PgUp to move toward the first worksheet in the workbook, and Ctrl+PgDown to move toward the last.
